Our commissions for the sale of all types of real estate properties amount to:
4% + 17% VAT of the sale price, with a minimum of €10,000 + 17% VAT
A commission charged to the buyer may also be applicable if the purchaser signs a property search mandate.
Agency fees for rentals amount to 10% of the annual rent + 17% VAT.
Real estate agency commission fees will be split equally (50/50) between the landlord and the tenant.
Agency fees for an inventory of fixtures amount to €250 + 17% VAT.
They are to be paid by the party that has mandated the agency.
The valuation is free of charge if the client signs a sales mandate.
If the client uses the agency's services solely to evaluate the property, the fees for a written real estate valuation amount to €500 + 17% VAT.
